Watermelon Lime Cooler (Sugar-Free)

A refreshing and naturally sweetened watermelon lime cooler, perfect for cooling off without any added sugar. This vibrant drink blends watermelon and fresh lime juice for a hydrating, guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the watermelon juice through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp, if desired.
  3. Add fresh lime juice and cold water to the watermelon juice and stir well.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon lime cooler over the ice.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if using, and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra refreshing twist, add a few slices of cucumber or a splash of sparkling water just before serving.
