Turkey Sausage Breakfast Pizza

Start your day with this flavorful Turkey Sausage Breakfast Pizza, combining savory turkey sausage, eggs, and cheese on a crispy crust for a hearty morning treat.

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (12-inch)
  • 6 oz cooked turkey sausage, crumbled
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the diced onions and bell peppers until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the beaten eggs to the skillet and cook, stirring gently until softly scrambled. Season with salt and pepper; remove from heat.
  4. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Brush the crust lightly with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle the dried Italian seasoning over it.
  6. Evenly spread the cooked turkey sausage over the crust.
  7. Top with the sautéed scrambled eggs mixture, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over everything.
  8. Add chopped fresh spinach if using.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra kick, drizzle with hot sauce or add sliced jalapeños before baking. This pizza pairs well with a fresh fruit salad for a balanced breakfast.
