  • 6 low-carb tortillas or flatbreads
  • 8 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Lay out the low-carb tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a thin layer of softened cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Optional: Spread a small amount of Dijon mustard over the cream cheese for extra flavor.
  4. Layer sliced turkey breast evenly on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and fresh spinach leaves over the turkey.
  6. Season with garlic powder and black pepper.
  7. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  8. Slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pinwheel pieces.
