  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Louie Dressing:
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp chili sauce
    • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, salt, and pepper to make the Louie dressing.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped iceberg lettuce, celery, black olives, and green onions.
  3. Add the cooked shrimp and cherry tomatoes to the salad bowl.
  4. Drizzle the Louie dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Arrange the quartered hard-boiled eggs and avocado slices on top of the salad.
  6. Serve immediately chilled for best flavor.

Notes

For an extra touch, garnish with fresh chives or dill, and serve with crusty sourdough bread to complement the flavors.
