Raspberry Lemonade

Refreshing raspberry lemonade made with fresh raspberries and freshly squeezed lemons, perfect for a natural and tangy summer drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the raspberries and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing to extract as much juice as possible.
  3. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water and stir to combine.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or lemon juice if desired.
  6. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices if desired.

Notes

For an extra refreshing twist, add a splash of sparkling water just before serving or freeze some raspberries in the ice cubes.
