Raspberry Lemonade Protein Popsicles

Refreshing raspberry lemonade popsicles boosted with protein, perfect for a healthy and delicious summer treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine raspberries, lemon juice, water, honey, protein powder, lemon zest, and salt.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and well combined.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
  6. To serve, run molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles.

Notes

For an extra zing, add a few fresh mint leaves to the blender or garnish popsicles with a slice of lemon before freezing.
