Peaches Cream Protein Shake

A refreshing and creamy protein shake blending ripe peaches with creamy yogurt and protein powder, perfect for a nutritious snack or post-workout boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe peaches, sliced (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)

Instructions

  1. Add the sliced peaches, almond milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey (if using), and vanilla extract into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again to reach preferred thickness.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra nutrient boost, add a tablespoon of chia seeds or flaxseeds before blending. Use frozen peaches to create a naturally chilled shake without ice.
