  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peaches, sliced
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the peaches, whey protein powder, milk, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until the shake reaches your desired consistency.
