Delicious and healthy no-bake choc chip cookie dough protein bites that are perfect for a quick snack or post-workout boost. These protein-packed bites combine rich chocolate chips with creamy cookie dough flavor without any baking required.

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add natural peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix well until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  4. Fold in the mini dark chocolate chips evenly.
  5. Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  6. Place the bites on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

Notes
