Mango Protein Sorbet (3-Ingredient)

Refreshing and naturally sweet, this Mango Protein Sorbet blends ripe mangoes with protein powder for a deliciously healthy frozen treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped mango, protein powder, coconut water, lime juice, honey (if using), and salt into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from freezer and stir vigorously to break up any ice crystals.
  5. Return to the freezer and repeat stirring every 30 minutes for 2-3 hours until sorbet reaches desired texture.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For an extra creamy texture, add a small amount of Greek yogurt before blending or garnish with fresh mint leaves when serving.
