  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 low-calorie whole wheat wrap
  • 1 tbsp non-fat cooking spray
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Handful of fresh spinach (optional)
  • 1 tbsp salsa (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with non-fat cooking spray.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon slices until crisp, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble gently until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Warm the whole wheat wrap in a dry pan or microwave for a few seconds to soften.
