  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Cooking spray or a small amount of oil for the pan

Instructions

  1. Place bananas, oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and batter forms; let it rest for 5 minutes to thicken.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
