Grilled Pesto Turkey Cutlets

Tender turkey cutlets marinated in vibrant basil pesto and grilled to perfection, offering a healthy and flavorful meal ideal for a quick dinner.

  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, combine the basil pesto, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  2. Season the turkey cutlets with salt and pepper, then coat them evenly with the pesto mixture. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Place the turkey cutlets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  6. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves if desired before serving.
