Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  6. Let the grilled chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Top each chicken breast with a generous spoonful of strawberry salsa and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, serve with a side of quinoa or mixed greens. You can also substitute strawberries with ripe peaches for a seasonal twist.
