  • 3 cups fresh plums, sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust onto a tart pan and trim excess edges.
  3. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and cornstarch; mix until smooth.
  4. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the crust.
  5. Arrange the sliced plums on top of the yogurt filling in a single layer.
  6. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the plums.
  7. Brush the edges of the crust with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Bake the tart for 35-40 minutes until crust is golden and filling is set.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For added texture, sprinkle chopped toasted almonds over the tart before baking or serve with a drizzle of honey.
