Fresh Peach Chia Protein Pudding

A refreshing and nutritious chia seed pudding blended with fresh peaches and protein powder, perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced fresh peaches, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl or jar and stir in the chia seeds evenly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to swell and thicken the pudding.
  5. Before serving, stir the pudding well and top with extra fresh peach slices if desired.

Notes

For a vegan option, use plant-based protein powder and substitute honey with maple syrup or agave nectar.
