1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
4 fresh figs, sliced
4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
4 oz goat cheese, softened
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh arugula for topping
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Brush flatbread lightly with olive oil.
Spread goat cheese evenly over the flatbread.
Arrange fig slices and prosciutto over the cheese.
Drizzle honey over the toppings.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is crisp and the cheese is slightly melted.
Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, drizzle a little balsamic glaze on top before serving.
