These crispy air fryer chicken thighs are perfectly seasoned and cooked to juicy tenderness without the skin, making a healthier yet flavorful meal option in under 30 minutes.

  • 4 skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then toss them in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  5. Air fry for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the outside is crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
