Cold Brew Coffee Smoothie

A refreshing Cold Brew Coffee Smoothie blending rich cold brew with creamy banana and almond milk for a naturally energizing treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cold brew coffee, ripe banana, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add ice cubes to the blender and optionally add chia seeds for extra nutrition.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately for a refreshing pick-me-up.

Notes

For an extra protein boost, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder or use oat milk for a creamier texture.
