This Air Fryer Lemon Butter Salmon is a quick and healthy dish featuring tender, flaky salmon fillets infused with zesty lemon and rich butter, perfect for a flavorful weeknight dinner.

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and brush lightly with olive oil. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the lemon butter mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down, making sure they don’t overlap.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, serve with a side of steamed asparagus or a fresh green salad. You can also add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.
