Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites

These Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites are a quick and flavorful dish featuring tender steak cubes tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for an easy dinner or snack.

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss the steak bites with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned and cooked to your liking.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Remove the garlic butter from heat and stir in dried parsley.
  6. Once steak bites are cooked, transfer them to a bowl and immediately toss with the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.

For extra flavor, sprinkle with red pepper flakes or serve alongside a fresh salad or crusty bread.
