I’m Rebranding the Site!

If you’ve visited the site from a guest post I wrote or even through search results (thank you!) you may notice that the blog name is different from the URL.

That’s because I’m rebranding this site and shifting my focus to freelance writers.

I’ve always wanted to help women (and specifically moms) get ahead in life, which is why I was writing about productivity tips until now. But it’s always been vague to me. What do people want in terms of productivity? There’s not much out there.

On the other hand, freelance writing is a huge need people have and it’s concrete. Women want to start working for themselves, get paid to do what they love (write), and become successful on their own.

For me, that’s a more clear subject to focus a blog on. I know where to look to learn more about this audience, and I find it easy to come up with article ideas.

I’ve been a freelancer for more than 7 years, so this comes very easy to me. I’ve already shared a lot on this blog about freelancing, writing, and starting a business. But going forward, I’m going to focus specifically on freelance writing for women, including how to run a business and how to improve your craft.

And all of this is taken from my own experience of running a successful freelance business (and all the ups and downs that come with it) over the past 6+ years. Whatever I’ve learned that’s worked for me, I want to share it with you.

If you’re interested in freelance writing, or freelancing or writing in general, please consider subscribing to the mailing list (at the bottom of this screen) to get updated with new posts.

Until next time, see you soon!
